General Questions

Our jewelry pieces are made from either Argentium Silver, 14kt gold filled, 14kt solid gold, sterling silver and titanium. You can see a full description of our metals here .

Caring for your jewelry is simple. Please refer to our top 4 jewelry care tips here.

Although tarnishing is common with all metals with the exception of titanium, platinum, palladium and 24kt solid gold, we use tarnish resistant metals.  There are various reasons for tarnishing which include but not limited to, ph levels in the body, water quality, skincare products used and etc; All of our jewelry pieces come with a complimentary polishing cloth to help you maintain the shine of your pieces.

All of our pieces are nickel free and great for those will metal sensitivities.

We're happy to do so!  We can include a free gift note with your order, just indicate the message in the message box upon checkout. There is an additional $5.00 fee per item for gift wrapping.

Production

With the exception of our Ready to Ship or Buy with Prime items, all of our jewelry is handmade and takes 5-10 business days to complete.

Pre-order items will ship begin shipping on the release date of the jewelry piece. Please visit the jewelry listing for more details.

Jewelry that is marked "Ready to Ship" ships within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

Orders $75 or more qualify for free domestic shipping and will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times will vary from 2-7 days.

Jewelry in our "Buy with Prime" section is fulfilled by Amazon and follows Amazon Prime's shipping policy which is usually 2-3 days delivery.

Shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee. Cost is for upgrading shipping is available at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been picked up. If you need to update your address before your order ships, contact us at customer@thepinklocket.com.

The production of orders begin the day after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order please email customer@thepinklocket.com and include your order number and what changes are needed.

We will do our best to accommodate, but can't guarantee that we'll be able to change or cancel your order if the request is made after production of your order begins.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been picked up. If you need to update your address before your order ships, contact us at customer@thepinklocket.com and include your order number and new address for delivery.

We will make every effort to update the change of address before it ships, but cannot guarantee it, especially during the holiday season.

ALL international packages are sent via 1st Class International USPS (up to 14-21 business days for delivery), shipping rates will be included at checkout.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees required upon your package's arrival in your country. If customs fees are not paid, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will receive a refund for the order amount, minus the shipping cost.

Unfortunately we do not offer price adjustments on any orders. This includes adjustment before and after sales.

If you need expedited jewelry production on a particular order please email kamilah@thepinklocket.com prior to placing your order.

Expedited shipping is available via USPS Next Day or UPS.

Exchanges & Returns

All jewelry pieces are made to order.  Due to the nature that each piece is handmade, each piece may vary slightly, but the quality will be superb. 

  • All returns must be done within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise.
  • For any orders placed between November 1st through December 24th we will accept returns or exchanges until Jan 6th.
  • No returns on customized jewelry pieces.
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost to ship merchandise back.  
  • Please contact customer@thepinklocket.com if you would like to return an item.
  • No returns or refunds on permanent bracelets or customized jewelry.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of placing it, please contact us at customer@thepinklocket.com. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, so we highly recommend adding insurance to your order, especially during the holiday season. Priority Express includes up to $100 in insurance, and Priority Mail includes up to $50. You may also purchase additional insurance for an extra fee. Each package is tracked, and delivery is confirmed via the assigned tracking number.

Repairs & Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on our jewelry, covering material defects or workmanship issues. This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper use or storage.

We offer 1-year free complimentary cleaning in our production studio on all of our jewelry. This includes:

  • Cleaning your jewelry piece
  • Tightening or replacing jump rings and/or clasp.
  • Re-polishing if necessary
